Maurizio Cordova, Board Chairman

Mr. Cordova is a technology and mining entrepreneur from Lima, Peru. He is the founder and creator of SIGAL, the leading environmental, health, and security management software package for the mining industry.  Mr. Cordova is the founder of MASGLAS Limited and AURYN Mining Chile, SpA, companies established in Chile to capitalize on the downturn in commodities and consolidate several different projects. Through his efforts AURYN consolidated the Altos de Lipangue mining district, a very promising greenfield project less than 40km from Santiago, Chile, that was fragmented for over 41 years and is now being explored and put into production.

David Brownrigg, CEO

Mr. Brownrigg is a Professional Mining Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience, having developed his skills through years of operations, study stage, start-up and development projects.  His experience includes work in Canada, Peru and Chile.  Capabilities include management, engineering, operations, environmental, feasibility studies, board & ministerial communication among others.

Mr. Brownrigg has worked for large mining companies (TECK, IAMGOLD), junior miners (Chariot Resources, Stonegate Agricom), and an established mining contractor.  Metal and industrial minerals include Coal, Phosphate, Copper, and Gold.  As General Manager of Marcobre SAC (Mina Justa) a $800M FS was completed in 2009.  He was General Manager of Mantaro Peru SAC with a Phosphate property in the central Andes. While at Teck Resources he contributed at Canadian coal operations and at the Antamina project as a member of the development team during start-up.

Mr. Brownrigg is a graduate of the University of Toronto (Bachelors of Science), Laurentian University (Bachelor of Engineering, Mining), a Professional Engineer with PEO Ontario.

Walter Casquino

Mr. Casquino is a mining engineer from Lima, Peru with extensive experience as a manager of private operations and projects, and also in civil service where he chaired the Geological Survey of Peru. He is a results-oriented individual and a specialist in developing natural resources projects, with proven ability to lead high performance multicultural and multidisciplinary teams to meet and exceed strategic project goals and operational efficiency. He strongly believes in a combination of personal attributes and team work as key indicators of business performance. During his + 30 years’ experience, Mr. Casquino has committed himself to fulfill business vision and mission through the integration of private gain with public responsibility, academia and manual work, economic and social goals, local and regional opportunities, organizational structure and state of the art technology, training and creativity. Mr Casquino has followed his college education at the Engineering University of Peru and his postgraduate studies at the University of Science and Technology of Rolla, Missouri.

Gary P. Goodin, Esq.

Mr. Goodin is a practicing Attorney with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Goodin is the founding Principal of the Law Firm Goodin Meyer, P.C., located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Goodin’s primary practice is in the representation of large and small corporations in a variety of venues. Additionally, Mr. Goodin has vast experience in civil litigation. He is also fully legalized to represent and conduct corporate business actions in the Country of Chile. Mr. Goodin has travelled to Chile to review legal issues, and assess mining properties, including the claims located on the Altos de Lipangue plateau. Mr. Goodin possesses Bachelor of Science, Master of Public Affairs and Juris Doctorate Degrees from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
